I find it kinda useless.. Thee app wont even open, it just keeps crashing. Please do something about it.

Gcash amex is charging me multiple times on one purchased/transaction!

At first, this app was super convenient to have, but lately, its been crashing and have been unable to pay bills on it!

This is what Ive been waiting for... can transfer funds from PayPal to my Gcash

It would be helpful if they fix the issue with regards to the cashing in of prepaid load to gcash option.

Been using GCash for about 2 years now... This app makes it 100 times easier and much more intuitive!!! Now I can pay my bills, send money to my friends and even give money to charity all from one app!! I can even send money to my FB friends, who are not even GCash customers!.G-Cash guys, please work on Tagalog version too ;)... Thank you!

Just used the GCASH QR code to pay for my coffee at Starbucks. Really easy to use and super convenient!

The list of Utilities disappeared! Cannot pay utility bills anymore. In fact, the list of "Billers" is now a very short list. The version number on my iOS phone keeps reverting back to 1.0 (from 1.3.1). I am tempted to delete the app and then try to re-install; but, the warning message that all my app data will also be deleted scares me. Update: List of "Billers" is now back online after quick response from Globe Team! However, another bug appeared: The option to add "GCash" account to "My Wallet" is now not available on the account management access via the web portal. Update on Feb 8, 2013: The app is described as being "internet-based." Beware: it is not! If it were truly "internet-based," I should be able to use the app "anytime, anywhere" even while roaming outside the country needing "only a mobile PIN and enough GCASH credits." I have just been informed (via an inquiry on talk2globe that the GCASH app is not available while roaming outside the country. Hence, it is not really "internet-based" as claimed. Disclaimer: I have not actually tested the app while roaming as I have yet to return to the US. I will update this review when I arrive in the US tomorrow night.

This could be a lot better if the transaction history inside the app is preserved across sessions and not reset to zero every time the app is started.

When using the app and your iMessage is active and the Send as SMS is off, its difficult to login on the app... You have to turn it on when youll use it...

This is way much better than memorizing keywords. Pretty helpful!!

Checking the balance is slower than before the update. When checking the balance, the app shows "Updateting" instead of "Updating".

After I enter details when paying bills, it crashes... this happens after I click next. Pls. fix...

The app doesnt work. I put my mpin in and it says "error". It tells you to call 2882. But 2882 is all automated and no option to talk to a live person. So, calling 2882 is useless.

Though there are system downtimea from time to time, more often the app works. Like it may not work around just 5-10% of the time per month or two. When calling 2882, it would only work if your pin is not locked, or if you are successfully registered to GCash already. If your MPin is locked, you may use another handset registered to GCash so you could get thru the AVRS and get hold of a live rep. Though, I would really hope I could access all my GCash numbers here and not need to insert my sim to this phone. I suggest that the developers use not the SMS functionality for verification, but the password or MPIN for security.
